As a cloud service provider, VoIPRX offers several layers of built-in security.
We regularly undergo independent verification of our security controls to protect our customers’ data and communications and to meet regulatory and HIPAA compliance needs.
To prevent interception of your communications, VoIPRX provides Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption between all endpoints.

First, attach your handset to your phone base using the coiled cord provided (if applicable).
Next, if you are not using Power Over Ethernet, or POE, connect your phone to the A/C adapter device.
Plug the Ethernet cable into the WAN port on your phone. Plug the other end of the Ethernet cable into your router or Internet jack in the wall.
Once phone connected to internet it will get auto provisioned by connecting provision server
If you don’t have a router or available Internet jack, connect the LAN port on your IP phone to your PC. This is applicable for 2-port phones only.

By default, Extension 700 is used to park calls. While in a conversation, press '#' to initiate a transfer, then dial '700' (e.g. '#700').
You will hear a voice telling you the extension at which the call was parked (most likely '701' or '702'). Now hang up.
The caller will be left on hold at the announced extension. On a different phone, dial the announced extension (e.g. '701'), and call the parked party

To record an IVR greeting sound file:
Dial '*301' from your extension and speak into the microphone after the tone.

NOTE:

After you record message you will need to press # to finish recording, then voice menu will be played with three available options:

1 - Accept the message
2 - Listen to your message
3 - Re-record the message

Only after you press 1 your greeting message will be recorded. Now every call that comes into this IVR will play your custom greeting message
